Mario was absolutely great! He showed up within 30 mins of contacting the Works plumbing office, detected the issue with the hot water pipe leak within mins and fixed the issue in an hour. Yeah and these guys were very reasonably priced.. I now have the hot water back in the house and am estatic.. what more can one ask from a plumbing service :)

Javier is the one who worked on our bathroom and I can say he did a really amazing job, very professional, and very friendly was so kind and quick too, appreciate the service he provided !

I don't often write reviews, but I'm obligated after my recent experience. A few weeks ago I contacted several plumbers to fix a leak and 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing was the first to respond. The technician arrived quickly after my initial call and recommended I spend $2,000 to remove the toilet/sink then cut a large hole in my wall to look for the issue. I called another plumber for a second opinion and they quickly realized the leak was from the fridge on the other side of the wall - costing less than $500.

Funny thing is, a neighbor called 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing a few days later for a separate plumbing issue and they recommended the same thing! We need to cut a hole in your wall to figure out the problem. Turns out my neighbor just needed a small part from the hardware store. If you want to save time a money I suggest looking elsewhere!

I've come to rely on, and trust, Ace for any plumbing problems, big or small, that arise from living in an older house. Whether its a desperate emergency or a long-term problem, they are always friendly, responsive, and do a great job at a great price. I can't recommend highly enough!

Very knowledgeable company! We have a water source heating system which was in-op. None of the other plumbers seem to be familiar with or know how to work on this system. Flow Masters was amazing! Highly recommended 🤩

I had a problem with a dishwasher, it started to leak and called this company, many companies were closed for the weekend but this company answered my phone call pretty late at Friday night, next day, on Saturday the technician Alex Fernandez came and fixed all the problems like magic. He explained every detail of the problems so I understand completely. He was super friendly and very nice! My husband and I are so happy we found a great plumbing company we can rely on every time we have problems in future. I highly recommend this company and Alex!!

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

Smelly Mel’s is an on-time plumber, excellent service, and very knowledgeable. Because of the way our building’s water supply is set up it wasn’t an easy task, but Bob was up to it and going forward we don’t have to worry about the building’s supply issue. No more shutting down the whole building for any work done on our unit. Yay!
