Russ was knowledgeable and responsive, correcting some very bad plumbing work. He went out of his way to ensure a proper solution and make sure the job was done right.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well
