We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

Liam was the tech who arrived to assist me. He was amazing and was able to figure out the problems on the spot. thankful for him otherwise I wouldn't have heat! I own a busy salon in San Francisco and Ace is my go-to for all my plumbing needs. They’ve done everything for me from installing new plumbing as well as taking care of my older pipes and clearing out drains clogged with hair. Recently I worked with Franco on locating a mysterious leak and he was super knowledgeable, professional, gave sound advice and saved me money. I will always use Ace!

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

I really appreciated his explanations and assessments of the house's plumbing, even mentioning how the old-school methods of older house plumbing could lead to issues in the future and how the repair would result in a permanent fix.Even after finishing up the initial repair job and identifying an additional leak, the total cost of the job was still close to the initial quote! Very satisfied with the quality of the repairs, and glad that Tony showed us how we can disassemble the pipes to perform manual snaking if needed. Definitely going to request Tony again for any future plumbing services. Quick and solid work, flexible, and very VERY professional.
