Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Flow Master’s Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area.
