Bad service overall. Booked my appointment and then said they didnt schedule it. Once I rebooked they said they couldnt now couldnt scope a 2” line when before they said they could.

What a positive experience I just had with Isaac and James&James plumbing. They were incredibly fast to arrive on-site, day-of, despite me calling at 10am on a Saturday.

When Isaac arrived he quickly investigated the gas line issue and walked me through his entire process. An hour later, everything was right as rain.

After a week of cold showers and no stovetop cooking, I couldn’t be happier. I went through 2 other technician visits prior who had no clue what to do, and I was not expecting such an immediate solution. Isaac knows his s***.

Please do yourself a favor and call for any of their services. I’ll have them starred on my phone in case I ever need any plumbing,gas,etc help again.

Twenty year old kitchen faucet leaking, wasting water. Called George Salet. Got same day appt. Mike arrived wearing mask and donned foot coverings. Very professional, explained the problem clearly. Provided options the company could offer. Had to drive back to shop to get an adapter when our old infrastructure did not fit new hardware. Mike ended up staying until 6:30pm and left us with newly installed faucet and clean sink and work area around it. It had to be a bit frustrating for him but he remained professional. We are very thankful to have gotten such good same day service in the midst of a pandemic!

Overall a very positive experience from scheduling to completion of work. Technician called and asked if could arrive early. He was friendly and professional, and took all COVID precautionary measures. Only trace left behind was a unclogged drain. Highly recommended.

Our kitchen faucet broke and we had guests coming in from out of town. I contacted at 400pm on a Wednesday and we had a plumber at our home fixing the dilemma the next day by noon.
