Best Garbage Disposal Repair in San Francisco CA

I had a leek under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbers and no one could come out today. Thanks, you guys came through. We are so happy and we know who to call from now one.

He was a nice guy and did a good job. However, I miss understood the price( which I think is extraordinary) you need to give some sort of a baseline price over the phone. I will definitely shop next time. $487.50 is crazy for 30 minutes work. I'm a retired GC and tell you I never had a sub that would get away with trying to charge that much. At these rates I won't be recommending you. Regards

This company is simply the best. George and his crew are honest, reliable and do great work. They even helped us with additional work that wasn't even required of them, they're just great people all around. Highly recommend them.

We suspected the seal on our toilet was bad and it was; water damaged our floors. Ace Plumbing got back to us same day to set up an apt. and the technician was on time and friendly. He worked fast and told us that he appretiates that his company is doing what it can to keep him and his coworkers safe during the pandemic. Would recommend these folks and use them again if we have a new problem come up.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.

Edgar was very professional and informative on what was going on with our kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal. He was able to clean out our drain pipes and let us know that there was grease build up which was causing the back up.We unfortunately had a back up again not too long after and Edgar showed up again and was able to do a quick clear on short notice.He was on time and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him and the Discount Plumbing company again.

Jose was prompt, professional, and extremely competent. He handled my problem, which had unexpected complexities, very efficiently. He guided me toward the more valuable company coupon, which was going above and beyond. Oh, and he arrived just 1/2 hour after my original call. I would use this business again in a heartbeat.

Harry B did the annual furnace work check. He showed up on time. Obviously has years of experience. Talk me through the whole work process. Answered my all my questions. I ask him for a bid to add a humidifier to the system. He new exactly how he would do the task and the cost. and talkative. My dog trusted him, that’s a terrifc sign.
