The people that came out were so exceptionally nice. They were courteous and I felt like I was getting fantastic service. Our building is 114 years old and I wasn’t surprised that we would have some problems. I felt that they were very trustworthy and that they went out of their way to do a good job.

Ace Plumbing is wonderful! After a plumbing nightmare caused by another plumber. I reached out to Jonathan the owner and his team for help. They were very empathetic to our situation listening to all our concerns. They connected us to Franco to do the diagnose and fix the problems. I directly worked with Franco for many weeks to fix things for us. He did such a great job I hired him for a few more jobs as well. Very impressed by his workmanship. Eda and Adan are THE BEST!! They went above and beyond and I feel truly care about their customers.Eda helped to book my appointment and followed up to make sure things were clear and to our satisfaction. She's easy to talk to and also listens, which is greatly appreciated especially in these highly stressful situations.Adan was also kind and very thorough. He made sure there were no pipe leaks, and walked me through his thoughts and suggestions so I fully understood and felt comfortable before he took action in opening up a wall so he can further inspect where the leak was coming from. He went as far as suggesting we make the opening from inside the cabinet vs hallway so it's not as visible while work is being done. Adan also connected me with Bay Area Flood and Fire to quickly contain the water damage.As a woman having to deal with water damage for the first time I was really lucky to connect with genuinely good people who are capable, trustworthy, and looks out for the customers best interest.Thank you, Eda and Adan!!
