One of them even came back and got my washer working when it clogged. They are very polite and considerate. And that is even after finishing the gigantic job I needed to be done. The plumber arrived on time and called ahead to let me know what time he would be there. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He was very thorough inspecting everything after he had unclogged the drain and noticed that two pipes that had started to leak. He quickly replaced the pipes. The fees charged were as quoted and very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

I found Michael to be very nice and know what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.
