Had a nice experience with Tohi from Mr. Rooter plumbing. Very professional and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I had a clogged sink for a few weeks tried several different ways of resolving it on my own (baking soda and vinegar, green gobbler). It finally stopped draining completely so I called Mr. Rooter. Somehow, the morning of my appointment, it was draining again. Tohi arrived and did a test to see if it was working properly, and let me know it was. Appreciate the honest assessment and professionalism!

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

My shower was clogged and I didn't want to wait for my apartment maintenance to fix it because they never get back to me. 490 to unclog the shower. Then I was told they have to bring the bigger machine in to unclog the sink. Yeah it was pretty clogged hair but 720$?! To unclog two drains. The job didn't take long I didn't think anything of the price because I was desperate and I've had alot of ppl tell me ( some used to work for plumbing company. . That the job shouldn't have been more then 350. Just depressing 720$ . .

Had a clog in main water drainage (water flooding out of driveway) and called for emergency after hours plumber. They came promptly, were very professional, fixed the problem in no time. Was expensive but what can we do.

Our water heater sprung a leak and died Friday night and I called Discount Plumbing and Rooter (along with 3 other companies) Saturday morning. Adan arrived just before 10AM, gave us a quote on the spot, and installed a brand new 50 gal. water heater with new hot/cold flex water lines and a new flex gas line & valve. He estimated the job would be done by 1PM. He finished at 12:57PM. By 1:30PM we had hot running water again. It was a job well done at a fair price.
