This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

James and James plumbing is by far the best plumbing outfit I have ever come across. I have had numerous issues with plumbing and James and James have always been there to save the day! Awesome team with A+ customer service. The two things that really stand out to me is the communication and professionalism. Always a call away and answered all my questions till I was on the same page as them. Left my house cleaner then when they showed up. I had an indoor drain pipe dilemma that needed remediation. They responded quickly to my request for service and provided a scheduled time for their technician to arrive. Josiah did a great job from start to finish; he explained what was needed, how long it would take, and provided tips to ensure the problem wouldn't reoccur. I have used Rotor-Rooter before; they continue to meet my expectations so I recommend them!

George Salet's company is very professional in interactions and expertise. Although my first experience wasn't perfect, they have followed up numerous times and the second visit was superb. The project was a bit more complicated than expected but Alan is the master of all things and a fabulous problem solver. It's so exceptional to encounter someone who is 'excellent' and who takes pride in his work. Thank you!

Leo came out at 7:00pm on a cold, rainy night. He fixed our drain
problem within minutes. Very fast, efficient service.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.

The guy came fixed my tankless water heater. He did a great job.
