I am an electrical contractor and I endorse Landis heating and air conditioning to my customers when they have the need. They are always prompt and able to repair other companies problems. If you're needing a new system or just fix give them a call. They are good.

The staff is always friendly and explains thoroughly what needs to be done and why. Pricing is pretty standard and fair. Their response time is quite good as well. I have used their services several times and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend.

We had a major plumbing issue in our house. We called 3 other companies, none of whom were able to solve the problem. John, Danny, and crew at George Salet Plumbing got the job done - and were wonderful people to be around throughout the process. AP&R was the first Service I called for a main water line replacement. My scheduled appt was a week away so I called two other plumbing companies since we had a huge water leak that really could not wait. The first two estimates seems shady with a single figure cost written on a Service tag. We are glad we waited for Ace Plumbing. Mo from AP&R was very professional and provided a reasonable written detailed proposal and immediate start date due to our emergency situation. Clear communication, friendly folks, and good follow up to verify work was done correctly. Joel was very detailed and did a great job in both cutting and replacing the sidewalk concrete after the main line replacement.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.
