Rooter Plumbing- Great service and prompt timing. I had a very minor problem with my toilet, but they were here within a half an hour and finished in fifteen minutes. Took care of the problem quickly, and even gave tips/information on avoid those issues for the future. Five stars for customer service alone!

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. Efrain was great! Helpful and friendly! Not only did he fix our food processor problem quickly. He also helped us check a sink stopper issue and provide multiple solutions. He also helped us check the water heater in the end! Five stat review for sure!

I called in the morning, was scheduled with a plumber in just another 15 minutes, and plumber showed up, followed my buildings instructions for getting through the building key codes in just another hour, as advertised. Friendly, informative plumber carefully unpacked the area around my sink, and did various repairs, explaining what he was doing and what the likelihood that it would recur in the future would be. Also suggested ways to avoid this problem.

These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.
