As usual, SMP was prompt, courteous, efficient, and expertly handled our water heater problem. I give SMP 5 stars.

Chris and Marcus showed up and took care of business in the most efficient way possible. I called Genteel Plumbers on Sunday and they sent their best to fix it the next day.

Will use Genteel Plumbers again.

Yevgeny is the man! No job too big or too small - so refreshing to have a fair, reasonably priced, unerringly honest and competent plumber/jack-of-all-trades. Highly recommend, super fast, incredibly helpful person.

Yevgeny has saved the day numerous times with small plumbing stuff, but the icing on the cake was the time a truck hit the power lines to my house in the middle of the night, ripped my electrical mast into the street, and drove off, leaving my house (and my tenants too!) without power. PG&E fixed the lines, but the rest was my responsibility. Yevgeny was on the spot first thing in the morning, quoted me thousands less than the few people who even deigned to return my call, and toiled madly through terrible rain to get power back to my place - it was a huge ordeal. And he helped me deal with the insurance people. If you have a problem - call Yevgeny, he's the best, there's a reason his ratings are so high.

Robert and matt showed up on saturday witch was awesome since i could not get anyone to come out. I had a problem with a P Trap and a clogged sink. They were great on getting straight to the problem and getting to work. I would love to use discount plumbing again .

We made a call this morning to have a sewer sump pump replaced and within 30 minutes Oliver was at our door. Oliver was very informative and helpful. unprofessional and irresponsible

I had a problem with my hydronic heating system and had a lot of trouble finding plumbers who were willing and or able to repair these systems. JEBRown was recommended and I called to make an appointment it took 2 weeks for someone to be able to come but when Al came he was on time, took time to explain the two solutions along with costs and then arranged for someone to come the following day to do the repair.
They arrived in the time frame promised, were courteous helpful, efficient and did the job speedily and cleanly. I highly recommend this company for any hydronic heating system problems.
Thanks to all I now have hot water again.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
