Marco and his team were phenomenal. They not only got our fireplace set up, but they stayed late to help us replace the hose on our washing machine. They paid attention to details and removed the waste from our house after the job. They were punctual and professional. I highly recommend and will be using them again!

We had Chosen Rooter and Plumbing to take care of drain back up from washer into our kitchen sink. They were very courteous and professional. They scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up on time. I like their time window of 2 hours rather than 4 hours which some other pluming company had offered last time . . Mario who had come for the appointment was great and very knowledgeable. He could identify the problem and fixed it nicely . I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Had two stream shower control panels replaced. Scheduling was easy, had to reschedule and that was easy as well. Plumber actually came a week earlier than we rescheduled when an opening came available. Polite, professional, thorough, & knowledgeable. Would definitely use Lutz Plumbing again.

I was able to work through the problem by email and had a tech out in a few days. The tech walked me through the repair and was in and out in about an hour.

We had kitchen waste backing up into our bathtub. Antonio and his team were great. Quick to respond, punctual, and accurately diagnosed the problem/location of our clog and had it fixed in under an hour. Had recommendations for future solutions and offer free 20-day return service if the problem for some reason persists. Very respectful of the home—wouldn’t be able to tell anyone had been here.

Caught this guy sleeping on the job pretending to fix something that was already fixed trying to run up the hours while his wife and kid were in the car. Confronted him about it and he just laughed and sent me a 3000 dollar bill for an hour of work

My kitchen sink blocked. When I tried to clear it using the waste disposal and hot water that seemed to be spraying water on my feet. Christian came within a couple of hours, the waste disposal was shot with several cracks, replaced the disposal, all the pipes around it, cleaned the line and everything works fine. Not only that, he cleaned the area under my sink where the disposal had been leaking. Very professional.

We had a plumbing emergency with our shower on a Sunday morning, the worst time to reach a plumber! After making several futile calls, I called Larrett and left a message at their emergency number, as directed by their voicemail. To my surprise, I soon received a text message from Aaron, offering to come over! After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem and coached me on the tools and products I needed, if I ever want to DIY a similar issue in the future. Thank you, Aaron!
