Good and effective service. The toilet installation was handled by this plumbing repair service company. I am so happy that their plumber was able to arrive on time and dives into the task immediately. The plumbing repair service provided was outstanding, and I'm sure now that their company will be used for a long time. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Nobody likes to deal with plumbing problems. And this time around wasn't any different. I received a super high water bill and was told by the water company that I may have a leak somewhere?! I called a few plumbers who came out, but did not find anything wrong. A friend of mine told me to try AB Plumbing. From the immediate help I got on the phone to the time two techs arrived at my residence, I could not have been more pleased. I could tell I was dealing with an experienced company. The techs that came to my house found an underground pipe breakage that was causing a huge leak/water waste. This ended up being a big project and I am so happy I had AB Plumbing in charge of it.
In the future, I am certainly using them again.

I had a problem with my faucet leaking, and I called Urban Plumber's Co San Francisco for help. The plumbers arrived promptly and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. They also provided me with advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. The service was excellent, and the price was very fair.

My parents and I went to several stores around SF and Excel had the most knowledge.. plus their customer service wasn't snobby like other showrooms. They provided realistic lead times (due to COVID) and they walked us through the process. We originally came in looking for Rohl and Dornbracht, but they informed us they don't carry those lines. We ended up going with Graff and Brizo instead. Their price is very competitive amongst other showrooms in the bay and even online pricing. Even if they weren't, their service more than makes up for it. We left knowing it was time and money well spent.

Marco has provided several services for me. He has drained tubs, kitchen sink, replaced a toilet. Every time Marco has been quick to respond in timely manner, very knowledgeable and has resolved the issue accordingly. At this point Marco and I have developed a very amicable friendship not only because of his professionalism but due to his understanding nature and very approachable and friendly personality.
I highly recommend Marco as you’d be very pleased with his services.

Jason (owner) is a great person to work with. I called about 10 plumbing company’s on a Saturday and he was the first to call me back. He came over and helped me out right away. Jason is a true knowledgeable professional to work with. I had a complicated issue at my house and he was dedicated to seeing me through the end and making sure I always understood what was going with the plumbing. As a contractor myself I could not recommend him more to work with. His right hand man Frank has good plumbing jokes too!

I'm incredibly upset right now. One of the plumbers sent by this company made me uncomfortable. Was asking if I live alone, asking for my FB and phone number and whether I have a boyfriend, wanting to go out with me, etc. I complained to the manager and they suspended him, but now I feel unsafe in my own home because a big random guy who knows where I live is angry at being reprimanded at work. I paid nearly $800 for this experience. Awesome, right?
