They made sure to do outstanding work all while making sure to have fun while doing it!They were very professional. Showed up on time and very knowledgeable. Funny guys and easy to work with, explained everything in detail and showed us exactly what they were doing and what caused the issue. Very highly recommended, will definitely work with again!

Trevor came by to assess our failed water heater. He was professional and made me and my dog feel at ease. He’s a very nice guy and helped made sure restoration and heating was also set up for the issues we had. I highly recommend this company and especially Trevor. He did a fantastic job!

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Get Rooter came out and gave me a price for installing a new water regulator that was $700 less than another plumbing service's estimate. The serviceman also accurately diagnosed that a fill valve was causing noise in my water pipes which the other company didn't. Although they had to come out two more times to correct installation errors, they did so quickly. I don't know why there was such a disparity between the two companies' costs, but I will definitely contact Get Rooter again if I have another issue in the future. Thank you, Andrew.

Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.

Had a leak behind my refridgerator. Called Carmel Valley Plumbing and Jeff returned my call promptly. Despite his busy schedule, he came by in a few hours to assess the problem. He explained the issue thoroughly and was able to fix it. Jeff is professional and conscientious. I'd highly recommend Carmel Valley Plumbing!
