I had a problem with my kitchen sink and another company put me on hold for more than two days and canceled last minute on Friday afternoon. When I called Elite Rooter and asked them to send someone right away, they did it. Carlos was very professional and fixed the problem very fast. He also had a very good manner and he was very polite. Their price also was decent.

I owned a home construction company so I know a little about how things should be done. The technician, Oscar, that came to my home was professional, careful, respectful, very covid safe and easy to have in the house. If he is an example of the caliber of people that work for Bill Howe, then we are all very lucky.... This is my second post for Bill Howe Plumbing and I am even more impressed now than I was before. It keeps getting better and better. My technician, Josh, fixed a problem I have had for a long time, a problem that other plumbers from other companies couldn't or wouldn't fix. Josh fixed the source. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, Josh!

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind. This is the way to do business and that’s why they got 5 stars not only from me but everyone they’ve worked with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them not only to my family and friends, but my clients as well!

I am selling my home and a home inspection revealed an active leak from the upstairs bathroom. Escrow was closing in 2 weeks and I needed a repair fast. I called AR Plumbing and Fernando came out on a Friday, gave me an estimate and started the following Monday even though it was a holiday. The source of the leak was identified and repaired the same day. Stucco and drywall access was restored a few days later and looks great. I highly recommend AR Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain.

I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.

Zero Star's!!! They were contracted to do tie in 4 sewer laterals and only did 3. Tied 2 of them together without notifying anyone. covered up before inspections and never got a final inspection of their work. They were supposed to video all 4 lines and did none. Had to hire another contractor to finish for them and they over billed so they got most of their money for ding less than half the work. A bunch of thieves! Beware of this contractor!

Water heater went down, WestPro Plumbing came in and replaced without any issues. Totally recommend for your commercial needs. Beautifully replaced and installed, customer service was awesome...make sure to speak with Tricia Parks (Operations Manager) she'll make sure you're all your requirements are completed to your satisfaction.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business.
