I live in Carlsbad and bought a house last year that is newish but not brand new. The water heater was 12 years old and original to the house and started acting up so I called 3 companies to get quotes. Quick water heaters was the first to get back to me and the first to come out and give me a quote. They weren’t the cheapest but I trusted what they said and their honesty more than any other so the extra money was well worth it. Express plumbing customer service was very bad and took very long time to schedule work, they send a very unprofessional person to take care of the plumbing work, it took 30 days ( for a one day job to replace 2 faucets) the work done was very bad, and other work not completed.

Very unprofessional! They turned off the water from our building in Bernardo Vista Del Lago to do repairs and did not notify neighbors. When a neighbor let them know that she was half way through her shower, the guy unapologetically told the person that he did not care because neighbors would complain regardless and would continue to do work on the area without notifying owners. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and would NOT RECOMMEND!
