I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

This is the 2nd year in a row that Anthony D. has come to service our A/C system. He has been prompt and thorough and has willingly explained what he is doing. We've greatly appreciated his tips and recommendations that will help us maintain both the A/C and furnace in good condition.

I have a problem of burner shutting down on lighting up. The manufacturer of Reem recommended village plumber since it’s still under warranty . They didn’t do anything valuable other than told me to replace water heater. No real diagnostics beside guess, paid over hundred dollars for nothing.
