It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that she's never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

I'm a painting contractor and my client hired these guys to fix some plumbing while we painted the house. I was very impressed by their professionalism. They came out to do the work within 24 hours of my client requesting a bid, they wore shoe covers in the house, and were very efficient while working. I would highly recommend Cesar and his crew!

This place is unbelievable. I scheduled for an estimator to come out to give us a quote on AC installation. The first time around the technician never showed up. They called after the 2 hours window that they have me to reschedule. I was reluctant but they insisted that they want to assist. We rescheduled and they never showed again! And no phone call either! Such a disappointment and waste of my time!

We had our first excellent experience with Able Plumbing over the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend. After calling multiple plumbing companies without even getting an answer, Able plumbing not only answered, but arrived within 30 mins to unclog the sinks. The service was quick and friendly. A week later the sinks reclogged (the clog must have been more extensive than we knew) so we called Able Plumbing again. Once again, a serviceman was here within 30 mins and graciously and efficiently fixed the issue. Most impressive of all, without even a conversation regarding charges, he smiled when finished thanked us and left. No charge whatsoever. We will definitely be using Able Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future

I found pro-plumber to be very responsive and handled my plumbing repairs quickly and efficiently! There work was professional and they left my bathroom clean when the job was finished. I would definitely recommend them!

Christian was able to undo a clog that a larger plumbing company could not fix (and wanted to charge $1,000's to tear up the wall and piping to get to the clog). Very professional and personable as well. We will be using CP&D again in the future should we get more stubborn clogs.

I found JC Plumbing through Angie’s list since I have a problem with my shower in which it does not allow me to have a full flow of water out of the shower head even after I removed the water saver device in the shower head and the handle is very sticky and catching as you turn on the handle so I know that the control valve needs to be replaced. As I scan down the Angie’s list, the things that caught my eyes were JC Plumbing’s rating very high, excellent review, discount to senior and military, and most important things are JC Plumbing will give you a free estimate, available 24/7 and bond/insured. I also went through his web site and learned that his passion for plumbing run in his family. I decided to contact him through his email web site and I am so glad that I did. He contacted me back on the same day and we set it up for the next day with 30 minutes call ahead so I don’t have to wait long. He is professional with well stocking truck so there will be no wasting time for looking tools or parts. He did some testing, open the shower control valve, diagnosis the problem and provide the solutions. It turn out the shower control valve that I have is from the European style and he did offered to rebuild instead of the replacement but since I already bought the replacement part I decided to do the replacement instead. He is reasonable in price and negotiable as compare to other recommended plumbers as I have contacted. He worked carefully, methodically, step by step, and clean up after he is done. I recommended him highly will use him again when the need is arrived.

Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.
