Worst service and really bad attitude from the guy came over to my house. This company is usually recommended by the insurance. I warn do not hire this people for any job. They gave wrong assessment for the leak in my house. When spoke to manager they don’t care.

There was a leak in my ceiling. We had no idea where it was coming from. Turns out there was a small crack in the pipe in the master bathroom that was the culprit. I was impressed with the professionalism and meticulous nature of the Pro Plumbers San Diego as the searched for the leak. The repair was more intensive than I was expecting, but they did everything that they could to make this process as painless as possible.

My grandmother’s toilet was clogged and I could not unclog it for the life of me! We called Perry’s Plumbing and they sent Walter out to help! Walter was very attentive and did all in his power to unclog it to no avail, through no fault of his own. We just needed different equipment. He was very kind and willing to answer any questions I had, along with the questions of my deaf grandmother. Perry’s Plumbing sent out another plumber named Esteban a few days later to attempt to unclog the toilet. Not only did he unclog the drain, he also installed a new toilet for us. Esteban and Walter both spent hours here to do all they could to help, and ended up saving the day! Thank you so much Walter and Esteban!

Paul Tarpy provided an estimate for a new water heater and room to room air/heating system for five rooms and for three rooms. Months later I contacted the company to replace the water heater to avoid any flooding which I experienced 14 years ago. The plumber called to let me know he was on his way, although he was a little late. The installation went smoothly, professionally and safely. Masks were worn and he did not have to come inside my home as the water heater closet is outside. I will be contacting the company for further work with heating/air system.

Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote.
