They came out to detect a leak. Told me where it was and gave me a quote of 3700 dollars to fix. I reached out to two other licensed plumbers both gave me quotes below 1700 dollars. One fixed it and it turns out they were wrong about the location of the leak. Hired another company and they found exactly where it was. I asked for a refund and they told me it was the fault of the company I hired. No accountability and very bad methods as compared to the other company I brought it. Offered nothing but to come back out and charge me again. Do not use them if you want anyone to stand behind their work.

These guys were awesome. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. Saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!

Brandon from John Padella plumbing arrived at the promised time to fix a leak in the kitchen faucet. He did a great job replacing the old faucet with a suitable replacement and replaced the old shut-off valves. He also checked other faucets and fixtures for leaks. A very clean and professional job. I would be happy to use this company again.

I was really impressed with their customer service and their unbeatable price, I called for a quote on the replacement of a water heater which I already called 3 plumbing companies before this company, I was surprised with the price they offered me almost half of the others plus they were so professional. We agreed on the time they sent me an invoice .The day of service he came on time and of course I was skeptical because of the pricing may be they won’t perform a good job.At the end I was so happy with the service they provided from the call I made till the end. Called them up around 3pm and were able to come out by 430pm. Victor came out and installed a new water heater and had me back up and running same night before dinner! Super professional and reliable. Straight forward with no BS! I found my new go to plumber.

Our air went out and Tarpy was able to come out the next morning. Cody was our technician and he was kind, quick, and explained things well. Tarpy honored the warranty from the previous owners of our house (we recently bought our house in the last year). They are honest folks as we were unsure when the unit had been replaced/services last. Highly recommend!

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
