After a few communication problems, Core Plumbing did take care of two leaky sinks. They also recommended and installed a water pressure regulator and a device on my hot water tank. They are good but expensive. Maybe the two go together I guess. Next time I will get another bid just to check. I had one of the guys look at a shower I want replaced and he said he would get back to me with a bid but no word so far.

We have had the greatest experience with Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. We had a plug go dead and called them on a recommendation of our real estate broker’s list of preferred vendors. Then the very next day we had a pipe leak in our garage. Both time PLEP were professional, prompt and did everything they said they would within the time frame they gave us. We did a bathroom remodel and Vlad was extremely professional and did great work. Installed bath tub, moved pipes, installed and moved shower drain.

I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. I would recommend Ace Contractors and Gus to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable price.

To start with it is important to know that I am presently a very sick and crippled up old man. I live alone and had a complete plumbing melt down. On a weekend to boot. Next day to my surprise, Ricardo showed up with a young man named Dino and they installed three (3) brand new toilets with associated valves and piping, and I could not be happier. Last on the list was a new Pressure Regulator on the main line coming into the house, all this in one short afternoon. Their pride in their work and the professionalism they demonstrated in doing the job in a prompt and timely manner makes me happy to recommend Perry Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services. 5 Stars from me.
