Exceptional plumbing company by far! I made a call on Saturday last minute to let them know that my water heater stopped working. They came out the same day to see if it was something they needed to repair or replace. Obviously the water heater needed to be replaced. We schedule the next day at 8:00 am for new installation. Within the hour there were done and got everything up and running. These guys were on time and made sure I didn’t have another day without hot water.Very professional and got the job done! He fixed a lot of the issues with the original install of the previous water heater, I was very impressed with his attention to detail and he didn't hesistate to answer any questions I had for him. The biggest issue we have had is with the communication and timeliness of the company. Gus was the main worker on this project and always had an excuse as to why they were constantly late. Myself, my roommate, and the other party involved missed time at work due to all of this. After we thought all of the plumbing issues were taken care of, it turns out that the shower head was broken in the process and after 2.5 weeks without a working shower a call was put in to Gus and he has failed to respond to the matter. Safe to say that we will never recommend this company to anyone we know

Really great company. I called spoke to a really nice lady she was able to get me an appointment 2 hours after I called. When the plumber RICARDO showed up really nice professional he explained to me the issue and how he was able to fix it. He answered all my question I had in regards to the issue. Him and his partner fixed the problem in about 15 minutes very fast I saw him double check for any gas leaks. He fixed the pipe going into the gas oven now its up and running again. Thanks again ricardo and everybody at John Padilla Plumbing I definitely will be using their service again in the future. Also really good prices

R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.
