I phoned at 7.45am and a lovely lady answered the phone straight away and was extremely helpful .She arranged for a technician to come between 9am and 11 , and he arrived very quickly .What a lovely guy called Mike , really friendly , super helpful and efficient . He sorted our problem straight away gave us some tips so it didn’t happen again ( we had a slow draining/ blocked toilet ).If I could give 100* for this company and the technician I would . I first used ARS when my upstairs toilet had a sewage leak that had seeped all the way down to my garage. Fernando and his crew were prompt, responsive, and professional. They only did the services that were necessary, never tried to “upsell” me with unwanted services, and remained friendly and courteous even when my (awful) home insurance company refused to pay anywhere close to the full amount of the estimate. They came back again last month to troubleshoot a faulty water heater. Fernando said that since I was a repeat customer, they would not charge if it was a quick fix even though all the other plumbing companies were going to charge at least $190 just to come out and take a look. It ended up being more than a quick fix (they had to do a flush of the system), but I really appreciated the loyalty to repeat customers. Suffice it to say, ARS will the first company I call the next time I have a plumbing issue in my home. Thank you Fernando and thanks to your professional crew!

I was in charge of finding a reliable plumber for our office when we were getting new bathrooms installed. Pro Plumber San Diego was the only plumbing company I spoke to that could handle a job of our size. Our new bathrooms look and work amazing!

best plumber i ever met! knows his stuff (fixed a hot water direction issue in less than 3 mins.) that our handyman couldn't figure out. removed a broken thread off our shower (i broke it) and another plumber wanted to unnecessarily tear up the adjacent bathroom to get at and replace the pipes...saved me a lot of money there. he is neat and thorough, he cleans after himself (even wiped the water spilled with his own rag) he's pleasant, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor and is a good communicator, need i say more?
