I'm, really pleased that I chosen PIC Plumbing Services. All the other plumbing companies that say they're 24 hours, there really not. PIC plumbing responded in a timely manner corrected my shower faucet. Without having to cut a hole in the drywall which saved me money or replace the tub because it was old.I would highly recommend Eric. He identified the problem he was able to correct it. I do not take these reviews lightly. Integrity,honesty and hard work still matter to me.Thanks again Eric you're a Class Act.

Great service. It was a big project to take out all the broken drain lines because of my juniper tree roots. First they diagnosed all the issues. Then they had to break cement, replace all the drain lines and cover back with bricks and cement. Looks great now, they cleaned the area as well.Not cheap for the service, otherwise I would rate it as 5 stars.

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

I just want to praise Bill at the front desk for his great helpfulness. I have lived in San Carlos for 28 years and have comeinto the Ideal showroom many times to buy a fixture or part.Although I could have gone to the Home Depot, I knew that I would be sold the appropriate (and high-quality) part by Bill. Along with the parts, he freely offers advice from his long experience as a plumber. This is invaluable to me as one who does most of his own repairs for financial reasons. Bill has always been honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and anxious to do right by me, qualities which are not common nowadays. As one of the public faces for your business, he does great credit to your company.

Sal was nothing but helpful and extreamly professional. I had a toielt clogged and i called him at 9:00pm to help me .He was at my house within 30 minutes. He found out that my main line was actually clogged. Which is alot worse than i expected. He was confident and rant to his van for the tool. Sal had my dain lines clear within minutes. He took extra prcautions and cleared all my other lines just to make sure i wouldnt have any more issues in the future. I would recommend their company too anyone that need a quick plumbing fix. Based on our discussion i would even recommend them for any plumbing job. Five stars from me!

I had an early morning shower gone bad! The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water. The tub was filling up fast! I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help. They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20! He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water. He told me what was wrong, what it needed, and let me know he had the part on the truck. I was thrilled with the responsive and professionalism. City Plumbing is on my speed dial.
