This company is extremely overpriced and should be investigated for price gouging. They came to my home and said I had a refrigerate leak could tell me where or even what level my refrigerant was at , but wanted over a thousand dollars to add a little refrigerant plus a dye. this would not fix the problem just see if I had a leak , the Salesman not a technician Mike Probst said for the above mention service it would be $ 1000 stay away from this crooks.

I had a leak in a pipe between the main and the house. Got a new pipe installed. I worked with Dave from Bill Howe Plumbing. They replaced the existing plastic pipe and put a new copper one. They had to dig quite a bit, but were cognizant of the landscaping and made sure things were brought back to how they were. Since the work was scheduled a few days later, Dave helped route the water from the main over a ground pipe for a couple of days.

So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

My toilet was leaking all over my bathroom and I called By the book and they arrived quickly and resolved it right away. Team was very friendly and professional!

Phil and Rene from Ideal worked 4.5 days to install a complete HVAC system after the failure of my 13-year-old A/C unit. I went with the company due to three highly trusted recommendations. The work was quite costly, but it was very complex, involving the replacement of the A/C unit, the furnace located in the attic, and very old attic ducts. Plumbing and electrical work were needed, as was old duct removal by an asbestos abatement company. Everything was done strictly to current code, and the technicians were knowledgable, skillful and pleasant. Phil took time to fully explain the new thermostat interface and many other aspects of the job. Ideal's work is guaranteed; if I have any questions or issues, they will return to make things right. Work was completed today; so far I'm very satisfied.

I was able to reach them after hours to make a quick appt to repair a leak in my backyard faucet. The leak was large enough I had to shut off water to my home. They were empathetic and professional and gave me a five hour window for the service. The professional plumber that was sent was prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, and honest. He explained what was needed and although I didn’t love the price I understood the cost. Hopefully I won’t need their help again in the near future but would definitely recommend them…and thanks again to Ed for being so professional and pleasant to work with (and for being kind to my dog). It made the cost a little less painful.

We had a small leak in our master bathroom which was beginning to show up in our dining room below. I called AR and spoke with Fernando about my problem. He sent out two of his guys, Eduardo and Juan, who were already in the Eucalyptus Ridge complex area working on someone else's unit. Eduardo and Juan came in, checked out the situation, and explained to me every thing that was going to take place, and the cost of the job. The job was theirs.The next day they showed up with tools in hand and ready to conduct business. About mid-way through repairing the leak, I requested they install a walk-in shower for me. Phoned Fernando to inform him of my intentions. No Problem. Mid-way through the shower installation, I requested they replace the present flooring with vinyl. Once again, No Problem.These guys were amazing. No matter what was asked of them they took care of it. The entire process from inspecting the leak to laying down the vinyl flooring was flawless. The new shower and flooring are awesome.I am pretty sure I will be using them in the future.Fernando, you did a great job in who you hired. A direct reflection of the boss, himself. I would like to whole heartedly recommend Carini Heating and Air Conditioning based on their great work installing a new heating and air conditioning system in our house in San Diego. We got three estimates and even though Carini was a little bit higher than the lowest bidder, we were very impressed by their references, reviews and the good reputation they have. There were parts of our installation that were not exactly cookie-cutter and they came up with some creative ways to do the job. We chose a higher efficiency system with attic insulation, and the house cools off quickly and stays cool without huge utility bills. Congratulations as well to the installation crew that finished the job on schedule and kept our house clean after each day they were there.

I had an issue with my water heater. Left them a voicemail. The owner called me back within 1 hour and explained to me all my options. I explained to him all the different steps that I took to troubleshoot my water heater. He sent me one of his worker to check and confirmEd my findings. I just need to replace one part. He was honest and did lie or even push me to purchase a brand new water heater. Nowadays it is pretty rare to find an honest person. If you have any issue give them a call

Marco came out to my business and installed a tankless water heater. he came out when we scheduled the appointment and he installed it in a couple of hours. He removed the old tank water heater wich was leaking and made the modifications to the plumbing to fit the new tankless water heater.Supper happy with the service and highly recomend Village Plumbing.
