He’s so knowledgeable and shared with me the basic and emergency procedures of our water heater. He’s also very polite and made sure he cleaned up the water spills on the garage floor. My toilet was backed up. Ruben gave me two options he could auger the toilet or pull the toilet. I told him I had changed toilet paper to a two ply. We decided to try the auger. It worked. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely ARS and Ruben.
