We would like to share our experience with the Bill Howe Plumbing team.We decided to replace our water heater, pressure regulator valve, and hot and cold-water valves that provided water to our washing machine because they would not completely shut off the water when turned in the off position.Due to having multiple items that needed replaced, we were happy when Armando came out each time. Armando did an awesome job with replacing our water heater, pressure regulator, and water valves. He made sure everything he did had a nice clean look that made everything look great. Armando was very polite and took the time to answer all our questions. He was also very conscientious in following COVID-19 guidelines to ensure our safety as well as his own. Since Armand has helped us a few times now, it feels like he is part of our family.We had a positive experience with the Bill Howe team, from getting estimates, to scheduling the day and time they would come to our home. I was referred to Morey Plumbing by a friend of mine who used to work for them. He had nothing but great things to say about the staff and his time spent working there. I figured I'd give them a shot and I was glad I did. From the get go, Shannon was very helpful in having someone there ASAP to look at rerouting our gas lines. Brian, the plumber, was very attentive to our needs and understood the urgency of not having gas to run our appliances (cold baths suck). Brian and Paul were able to get the job done fast, all while delivering fine quality work in their craft. Thank you to the Morey team for taking good care of my family and my home. Jacob & Elias did a GREAT job installing the water softener system for our home. They were professional, courteous & fast! Their work was very clean & neat, did not leave a mess. No leakage from pvc pipes were found & the unit works great! We got soften water that evening! Jacob was able to answers all my questions & concerns. This is the 2nd year in a row that Anthony D. has come to service our A/C system. He has been prompt and thorough and has willingly explained what he is doing. We've greatly appreciated his tips and recommendations that will help us maintain both the A/C and furnace in good condition.

From the very first phone call, I was very impressed with their service. I had no heat, and within 2 hours for a service call, they were at my home. The heating contactor was very efficient in assessing the problem, trouble shooting and making recommendations. I had the option of making repairs, but was also given an estimate of future issues since the furnace was over 11 years old. I opted for replacement and a sales appointment was set up for later in the day. When Luke arrived, he was very professional, spent a lot of time making sure I had a clear understanding of the systems available to choose from, which ones would fit my needs, the costs involved and helped me make a decision that I was comfortable with. Since I had no heat at all, he arranged to have the installment done the next day, and provided me with space heaters, for which I really appreciated!! The following day, the installation crew arrived early, the installation went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with their workmanship. The San Diego heating and cooling team was very polite, went about doing their work without interruption. It was originally set up to install the furnace on Wednesday, and return the next day to do the a/c installation, but the company and sent a crew of young men who committed to getting the job done in one day. I was impressed. I have been a customer of Tarpy Heating and Air since 2009 because I find them to be very trustworthy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I think they are absolutely the best!! THANK YOU!!
