My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression! I cleaned Rheem and they hooked me up with Village Plumbing. I then called Village Plumbing and I was told they could get someone out the next day. I told the woman on the phone that I had been out of Hot water for a couple of days, and she was very considerate and got Benjamin out to the house within an hour He fixed the problem and there wa No Charge.
