We experienced a clogged toilet drain line on a Sunday, and called Anderson because they advertise 24/7 service. Anderson said there would be a $90 fee to arrive on a Sunday plus additional charge for the required work. We did NOT like that bait and switch approach, so we decided to schedule a $63 or it's free drain cleaning on Monday morning between 8 am and noon.On Monday morning, Anderson called and said they could not meet the scheduled time, but could arrive on Monday afternoon. We had no choice but to accept the delayed service.Our frustration was relieved when Octavio showed up on schedule and performed a successful drain cleaning very efficiently, as well as recommending and scheduling Anderson's free camera scoping of the 4 drain line for the following week.Octavio was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He deserves the five star rating.

I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. Miguel was fantastic installing our tankless water heater. The company itself? I'd rather just deal with Miguel. He should go into business for himself. A great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. The company does not trust the client or the employee. After we signed the authorization with Miguel, we were forced to speak with a company rep in Quality Assurance who made us repeat back everything Miguel had just told us, like they didn't trust that Miguel explained things properly. Also, we were told when I made the initial inquiry that the estimate would be free. As Miguel was on his way over, a company rep called and said the estimate would be $98 dollars, doing a bait and switch. Like I said, Miguel was great. The company? I'll just call Miguel directly from now on...

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
