The staff was friendly and responded quickly. They fixed the issue with out problem. However the prices are very high. They charge very high prices for parts, alomst 3x- 4x what you would pay at home depot for the same parts. The hourly rate includes drive time. The rate itself is also a bit high at 180 an hour. Was almost 400 for the hour and 15mins of work. The job was the repair of a broken sprinkler pipe. Will not be using again.

Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. Brian cleaned it and the system returned to normal operation.Brian and Cameron worked very professionally and quickly to solve the problem, which I greatly appreciated.

This company provides great estimates and actually itemized. Going to use them for a remodel because they are honest, good communicators and have great prices as well as line by line estimates.

Used Able Plumbing for the first time when our sprinkler pipe burst and was causing a flood out back. The water valve was stuck and couldn't be shut off. Scott responded quickly and took care of the issue for us. Very nice guy and would definitely use him again in the future.

I needed the services of a commercial AC- Heating firm twice in the last month and I couldnt be happier to have chossen Carini Heating and Air.Scheduling, pricing and follwo up were as good as it gets. When the technician showed up and found no one on the job site he called my cell. I was 20 minutes away and when I finally got there, Rowen was as cheerful as could be, no drama, no complaining. He got up on the roof , found out it was something simple, complete the repair, collected the minimum service call fee and that was that.This last week Dan came to my office to do a sight inspection on a rooftop unit for an office that we are looking to move into. He was pleaseant, clean, professional. The inspection was quick, again, no drama, he confirmed everythign was opperational, pointed out potential concerns but no over sell. He double checked all his work and left the place clean as possible.Great company, great service form the front desk to teh technicians in the field

Awesome company! Tarpy did a complete HVAC system at my condo 14 years ago. There was not a single issue with any of the components or workmanship. I did have them do a complete service and install an Ecobee Thermostat. I love the mobile app for controlling my home. Tarpy just replaced my condenser and did a great job with that as well. I did have one of the owners actually bid and over see all of the work done at my home. Scott and the entire team show tremendous care and concern for the customer. I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. I had a plumbing issue that I couldn't figure out on my own, so I called this company. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it in no time. The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.
