This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

First of all, Leo came straight here right after another job. Which meant he finished that job early & came straight here early & began his work quickly! I truly appreciate people who take there job seriously. I prefer them to be early, rather than late. He was able to figure out the problem right away & took care of it as soon as I returned from picking up a piece. Very kind & polite. 1st Response = NO ResponseLeft the office early for a 3pm remodel estimate with Robert. We texted from their appt. app at 3:20pm asking if Robert would be here. Received a text- “I’m running late I’ll need to get there around 5 or reschedule for tomorrow. Is that OK” Replied that 5 will work. No reply from Robert, and a no show for 5pm appt. Apparently they do not value your time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

We had the best experience with Quick Water Heater and Plumbing! We contacted them Saturday morning and they immediately responded to our inquiry. Within 30mins Gregg was at our door providing his knowledgeable assessment and laid out our options in detail. On the day of install Eric provided a courtesy call and text letting us know of his arrival. As Eric and Eli worked throughout the day they kept us informed of their progress. When the project wrapped up Eric walked us through the function of our new system and the work they performed was so nice! Seriously the quality of their craftsmanship and cleanliness was so impressive. We’ve experienced less than ideal work in the past so it was just so refreshing to see this level of professionalism. Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.
