I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out.When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty.Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work.Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges ??.

They called us 5 minutes later to schedule the service call, the customer service person was super nice and answered our questions.After the came to our home, they provided us with a scope of work which we approved and by the end of the day they were all done. I had a great experience with California plumbing. I had a problem with the plumbing in my kitchen and these guys were extremely helpful, patient and profesional. They answered all my (many questions) promptly and fixed my issue at a reasonable price.

We hired Carini Heating and Air to install a new heating and A/C system, and replace the duct work in our 1920's home. Per Carini's recommendation, we also added blown-in insulation to our attic (which was a tax write-off at the time!). Since the upgrade, our gas and electric bill has dropped considerably - we pay upwards of $250 less per month during peak seasons. The system works beautifully - it is both extremely quiet and energy efficient. The entire install took about three days from start to finish, and we received two-years maintenance as part of our deal. When replacing our duct work they also cleaned and painted our existing air vents and registers - which was totally unexpected and gave them a new look at no additional cost. We have always been impressed with Carini and his service technicians. We highly recommended them with great confidence for new installations, service and repairs.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
