Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

We had a easy experience with Carini heating and air when John made a visit to offer Carini's services. John offered a very reasonable price solutions for detailed services, duct work and condenser installation.Brian and Sal arrived on time the day of the job. Brian and Sal worked like true professionals for 9 hours to make sure our duct work and hvac system was installed in one day. Brian and Sal made us feel comfortable with their knowledge and thoroughness. And a major bonus when they discovered and fixed some exposed wiring that had been sparking and making burn marks in our attic!5 stars for the professional service.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
