Our pilot light went out and wouldn’t re-light. Ken, our technician, solved our problem quickly. He was helpful, and jovial, a plus these days! He was also wonderful to my dogs. An extra bonus. I would recommend him highly.

I purchased a reverse osmosis system water filtration system from Costco with the intent of installing it myself. It was easy enough to install, however, getting it not to leak at every connection was a different story. After much frustration I called these guys. They showed up on time which is refreshing. Martin and the other guy that came out were able to fix the multiple issues quickly and explained what they did and what parts they used.Plumbing service is expensive, no doubt about it. However, peace of mind knowing that it was done right it priceless. Highly appreciate their service and attention to detail.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

Technician was on time, got set up and cleaning was done in a reasonable time. Technician was honest about a next cleaning in 3-5 years.

The techs, Tim and Bryan, added A/C to my existing central heating system. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and hard-working, keeping me informed and explaining the process when I had questions, including a thorough walk-thru upon completion of the installation. They were attentive to the details that demonstrate quality customer service such as a thorough clean-up and care to keep any mess and disruption to a minimum. As promised by the Sales Rep, Kurt, the project took two days. The techs came prepared with the parts, equipment and tools needed. Kurt was on-site at the start and followed up on the second day by phone, checking the progress of the project and handling my question about scheduling the QC and a subsequent drywall appointment. I am pleased and happy to give credit where credit is due. Thanks guys! I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business.
