Michael was our hero!! We had a broken cartridge in our shower handle and he was able to remove it and get our shower working, despite all if of the challenges of working with 80 year old plumbing. He was transparent and explained every step of the way. And all of this on a Saturday. So grateful!!

So glad the Reviews were legitimate. Had bathroom sink hose burst and flood bathroom and tiled living room about 4 in the morning. Was going to diy until I attempted to remove the hose and the hose broke off the threads on the wall connection. Called community plumbing from the detailed reviews. They arrived when agreed upon and fixed more than I expected since the other wall connection and hose were both looking like they were ready to go also. 5 stars +. Will be sure to call them for any future plumbing issues. Also used higher quality hoses and connectors. So will be returning the inferior parts I bought in the morning for diy.

Great work, fair price.Had a leaky water heater they gave them a call and that same day they removed, replaced, cleaned up and hold off the old one.Will use them again if any other plumbing issues pop up.

Michael came out and took a look at my sewer situation at my apartment building. He was very nice and gave me his preventative maintenance suggestion to avoid future sewer problems. I will use him again in the future.

They came to complete a job that was started by Bill Howe (which was a horrible experience). Showed up with everything to install a water heater including the water heater. Ours had failed, with no explanation. Once they install the new water heater they diagnosed our regulator and it was at 120 psi which is almost double the amount, they went above and beyond and also replace the regulator so we don’t have any future issues! Thanks guys. I manage vacation rentals and we’ve dealt with multiple companies coming in. Hands-down the best company!
