It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Plumbing Tree did an amazing job with our broken water heater. They responded immediately, took the time to explain everything, and provided options. We ultimately went with the Tankless heater. I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. I gave this company a call after a friend referred them to me. They responded quick and efficiently to my needs. I had family over for the holiday, on new years eve my kitchen sink got clogged and luckily they were available to come get that fixed on new years eve. I was hesitant they would actually come being a holiday and all, but they came in less than an hour and had my kitchen sink fixed. The best part was I was charged a reasonable amount for their services. Thank you. They really came through with their services.

I called up Socal Plumber to fix our clogged toilet, and our slow draining kitchen sink. It was a weekend and I was wondering if there is a plumber available. They mentioned about their same day service, and so I booked an appointment. The plumber came in a couple of hours later and fixed the toilet and the sink drain right away. It is definitely worth the price. The plumber also wore a face mask and a shoe cover throughout the servicing, and he cleaned up his work area. Good job!

We had a main line blockage due to roots, called a very well advertised company to come help with the problem. After 3 days 4 different people, cameras, cutters, power jetting and then being told they can't get through the blockage and we were looking at upwards of 20 thousand to get the line replaced because it had to be collapsed. Fortunately a family member was over at the time and she said she had a friend who did this and called him, I spoke with him and he was at my home within the hour to take a look at what was going on. We told him all the issues and he said he would take a look with his camera. He took a look then said can I use my cutter and try and if course I said yes. He proceeded to put his cutter the same one the other company had and couldn't get it past 4 feet...had it down and the line cut and cleared within the first 15 minutes. You have never seen happier people! Joe and his assistant were very professional and polite, but mostly Joe is very knowledgeable in his trade. I will always call Joe at Above and Beyond for all my future needs. Thank you Joe.
