I really value companies that care about their customers and treat them with respect. I had a problem that was fixed two months ago that unfortunately resurrected itself and it was drip drip drip annoying. I was technically out of the warranty period but they fixed it at no cost (hopefully I got a lemon last time.) Last time I had a young guy who was new to the trade and this time I requested someone more seasoned. I probably had to wait longer but Ron was really awesome. He was fast and answered all my questions. Ron also pointed out how to fix other problems. I knew they were problems but it's hard to even know where to begin sometimes (and what order to fix them in.) If you want someone a bit more seasoned (+20 years experience), I'd ask for Ron; I certainly will.Also as a millennial I absolutely hate calling on the phone. I'll procrastinate until it's crucial. Bill Howell is ahead of many of its competitors and let's you schedule appointments online. With the plumbing problem reoccurring, I wanted to talk to someone so I went to their website and was looking up business hours to call the next day and lo and behold someone chatted me. I absolutely love chat messaging. Karina collected all my info and said someone would call me the next day, which they did (super fast too, by 8 am the next day!) Only thing that could have made this better was scheduling via chat but sometimes you do have to talk to a person, maybe one day.... Every person I talked to was super nice. You aren't talking to someone in another country. They even called me when they were running late to tell me they hadn't forgotten me (and then Ron literally called 4 minutes later.)

Couldn't believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. Everything that needed explaining was explained well. Tony and Rico from Bill Howe are awesome!! We live in a high rise HOA and only had four hours of water shut off time to change out 11 angle stops- definitely a tight deadline, but they made it happen! They also helped us with installing a new garbage disposal, faucet, dishwasher, and sink hookups. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing projects. Thank you!!

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

This firm recently came out to my house through Fidelity Home Warranty. Now, I don't expect much out of plumbers; but this company takes the cake for bad. The plumber who came was nice, but English was rough. About 45 minutes into the service, he had to call his supervisor. I was like whatever. Neal (supervisor) came, and I then decided to go listen in. Sassy mouth he was, and down talks. Then came the drams. Replacing a Kohler shower cartridge. I'm like go to Lowes or Homedepot. Neal's like no we have to through Ferguson's. WTF? A total of almost 2 hours was spent with no repairs. After an hour, I called the Express, and spoke to the office woman who put me on hold to call the plumber. She came back stating that the plumber can come tomorrow between 12--4PM. Here is tomorrow. At 3:57PM, I called and the woman said that she was just about to call me to inform that the plumber will be late. New expected arrival time 5:30PM. Okay. At 5:27pm Neal (supervisor) calls stating he should have called me hours ago, and that he had to special order from Ferguson. Catching Express in a lie, is bad. I again called Fidelity to complain about Express. Wasting my time. I also noted to Fidelity that the index screw was missing.On Saturday, I got a call from the plumber around 3:30PM asking if he could come install the cartridge. I said sure. While he installed the cartridge, he explained that he purchased the cartridge from Lowes, and told me that his company called him regarding the service complaint I filed with Fidelity. I shared with him that it’s Express who is the issue. The woman who answered the phone and lied as well as Neal, and Express got caught. The woman who answered the phone lied, and she knows it. I told him that I would be writing a review, and Fidelity was instructed to never send Express to my house for any contract plumbing repair. So there you have the abridged version of it. Just bad customer service. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
