The technician, Sam, was very personable, polite, & professional. He evaluated my system & explained each of his findings in an understandable manner & provided several options for resolving my issue. He was not pushy when it came time to decide how to resolve my issue.Update 08-09-22: had to have some follow-up carpentry work with my A/C installation. The technician, Roy Bainbridge, came and replaced an existing door into a flat wall. His work was perfect - can't even tell there was a door. He was friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Also, did some extra things that he didn't have to do without being asked. One of the best experiences I've had with this company since this whole process began. His work performance definitely elevated my decreasing satisfaction rating for this company.

Mason our plumber was very thorough and knowledgeable. He communicated with us well on what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. We felt we were treated well, were happy with the job and felt it was a good value. We will definitely call Anchor plumbing again when needed, and would recommend them.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Anthony came out and gave me no bs. He told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote which was very much lower than most plumbers I've had out in the past. For some reason my leak stopped while he was here and I told him that I would call to make an appointment if the leak started again and told him that I want to pay for the service fee which he told me they don't charge a fee. Wow! I've paid over $100 for a plumber to show up with no work done. Parker and son's is how plumbing service should be done. 5 star for sure!

Quick efficient installation of 3 replacement toilets. The Technicians clearly explained everything about the new toilets and mentioned other plumbing items that may cause issues in the future.
