Best Small Leak in San Antonio TX

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Our 2 year old got a toy stuck in the sewage line and caused all of our drains to back up. He was able to drive down from a different job in Boerne and have it fixed with in 2 hours from the time of the initial call. Chris was friendly, and was able to do the job cheaper than initially quoted. Would definitely recommend.

So a pipe in my wall started leaking. I first called the big company that rhymes with Robo Looter. They missed our first appointment no call no show. Then our second appointment they rescheduled for a day later without telling me. So then I called Premier. John was very helpful, and found the problem almost immediately. He also gave me some great ideas on some future projects that I have planned. Best of all he showed up when he said he would. I will be using Premier again-stay away from Robo Looter

Had work done on our pipes. Tried reaching out to have them finish the job. We received nothing but excuses.

I had excellent service from J.R.'s Plumbing. I am writing this after a night of no hot water. The plumber I had was Alex and he provided Outstanding Service. Alex was prompt, courteous, and informative. He taught me how to drain the hot water heater. There was quite a bit of water due to the tank leaking in the garage. He cleaned this up and promptly went to work. The old tank and parts were removed. Highly recommend J.R.,s plumbing. Ask for Alex, he will not disappoint.

Comfort-Air sent a very competent two-man team to handle our plumbing issue. They were professional and diligent. When they started to hit an issue late in the day, being short the parts needed to complete the job, the owner of the company showed up and personally ran out to get the parts needed. The job was done in 5 hours. A job other companies had pondered on for a month but made no progress.Top notch work by top notch people. Well worth the money.

This guy did a poor job left us with a safety hazard I waited patiently for him to come fix it and instead we got the complete run around. So in short this company robbed us of our money and lied to us . Beware everyone don't allow this guy to step a foot on any of your properties! He is a scam artist

I have used Arnold Moos for many years to service and maintain my HVAC system and also for plumbing issues. Recently, on a very hot day, my AC system died. Not only were they at my house within a few hours to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond to locate and procure a new, comparable unit and to get it installed that same day. In less then 12 hours from my call to them I had a new unit running and cooling the house.Their technicians and entire team are professional and friendly and take the time to explain what is needed. They are the best!

Was able to talk to Joseph contacted him about water coming up from Toilet and tub...he told me his guys would be out there in an hour...they were there less than a hour.
