We like to support family owned business. This family owned business is top notch. They guarantee their work 110%. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. They found out plumbing issue quickly and we are working on fixing the issue. Thank you, and here's to another 30yrs.

I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Definitely recommend!

After paying the $98 service fee just to have them come to my property, they told me they would have to rip up the foundation in my garage, living room, and under the water heater. They said I would have to buy a new water heater as well. They quoted it would cost about $7,600. What they didn't tell me, was that I could call someone to detect the leak to prevent all the foundation damage. They were not knowledgeable and used scare tactics to try to scam me. After calling another friendly plumber, that didn't have a service fee, the friendly plumber told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem for so much cheaper! After J.C. left, my hot water wasn't working. It took me a while to figure out they turned off my hot water heater and didn't turn it back on. I'm sad to leave such a bad review, but hindsight, they are dishonest scammers. Or just dumb, I don't know.

We have been having issues with our shower leaking. He did a real excellent clean job. Very professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in under 2 hours. We had several plumbers come and work on our valve and it would leak again in a few months. He found the source of the leak and replaced the broken pipe.

Mr. Thomas Cooper was very prompt. He arrived a lot early than I expected which is a plus for me since I am retired Air Force. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I consider Mr. Cooper a viable employee and would love to have him as an employee if I weren't retired. Dennis Woodson USAF Retired.

The Home Warranty people said the soonest I could get my AC fixed was Friday, forcing me to miss work and doctors appointments, however this company immediately called me to let me know there was an opening today and got me scheduled in so I don’t have to miss work or appointments. Josh and Jared were the most knowledgeable, professional, friendly and proficient young men I have ever met. They wore mask, gloves and shoe coverings. They were timely, went above and beyond the expectations and even turned around and returned after they left, to fix a toilet that started acting up. I would recommend them and this company to anyone and definitely will use them again if needed.
