Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

The work done replacing my sprinkler system pressure valve was done in record time. They were friendly and courteous and quite reasonable. I recommend them to all new comers to the city as I am.

From when Irish showed with a great smile and attitude to confirm our outside unit had indeed died, to Eric and Micah arriving the next day with the same great smile and attitude with a brand new unit and had it installed in less than 2 hours, my experience was wonderful. This was an easy 5 star to give. I will only give 1 star to their football teams. Not going to get to the Super Bowl with those teams.

He was patient with answering questions, descriptive in his work actions, and maintained cleanliness in his surroundings. All fittings were checked both before and after water was shutoff and put back on. Much appreciated!
