Best Replacement Furnace Repair in San Antonio TX

Called 1st Call Plumbing this morning at 8am because my ac wasn't cooling at all. They had someone come out to check it out by 9:30am! They have no diagnostic fee at all and give free estimates. Our technician was Chris. After he determined what our problem was he was able to get it fixed no problem. Chris was polite, knowledgeable, and gave great service. I would highly recommend Chris and 1st Call Plumbing and will be calling them with all my future repair needs.

Mario was a phenomenal technician. He ensured that our HVAC components were safe AND energy efficient. I really liked how he explained our short and long-term maintenance recommendations. We appreciate his expertise and customer service. Their financing and membership is worth your consideration.

Contacted Tietze plumbing to come out and give me an estimate on to install a water softener that we had purchased for install in our home, which is pre plumbed. Tietze wanted $814 for the installation. This price is simply absurd. Other plumbers in the area want at maximum, $400. For this 5 minute estimate, they attempted to charge us a $49 service fee. Every other plumber I called was happy to give me a ballpark estimate for a pre-plumbed home over the phone, no pressure.They will try to strong arm you into paying this by sending you an audio recording of the initial phone call when you schedule the estimate. An audio phone call is not an agreement and is disgusting behavior to try to use this as leverage. This service fee is completely anti-consumer and it is designed to force you into paying for overpriced service. STAY AWAY.

From the minute we decided to buy a new a/c unit the experience was amazing we talked to David who guided us through the process he was all information no high pressure sales as I found other people to be he answered all our question honestly and just made the process so easy he’s the best at what he does ! The guys arrived to install the unit Art and Ryan .we were worried about the whole process especially any mess they laid drop cloths and started work Art took one look at the original installation and decided how he would do it the job he did on this unit install was AMAZING I have never seen such professional work and so obliging to us he completely redid everything in the place it was in everything new . Ryan installed the outside unit and again did a job that was never done properly everything new and so neat and installed the way it should be he was Amazing it was so professional looking and nothing was too much trouble to him or Art I could go talking about these two guys but you would have to see the job that they did to know how amazing they were . From everyone in the office to David and “our”guys “ Art and Ryan it was a wonderful experience . Call Aramendia for your new A/c !

Darnell came out to do an a/c tune up. He was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Took time to show me ways to maintain the a/c so that it runs properly. He answered all my questions. He did a great job overall.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

We have used Moos Plumbing on several occasions... I called early am and spoke to Kelly about our blocked kitchen drain. She dispatched our excellent plumber Jim who arrived within 30 minutes. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us what the issue was, what he needed to do to address it and the cost involved and went straight to work.
