Not only did he help us understanding what was happening behind the faucet scene he asked if we had any questions about it at every stage. He lead each phase of his work with an explanation on what would take place, scenarios that could be a challenge and asked if we had additional questions each time. He worked fast and diligently on two issues quickly solving them. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, thanks Roto-Rooter from a first time customer who hopes we won't have to call again, but if we do Joseph F. will be on our list of names we would request!

My septic went out after 45 years and I had to tie in the San Antonio sewage system. It was a massive job. But completed basically in two days.Half a day to excavate 100 foot trench going 5 to 8 feet down and tying into the dry creek bed behind me where the city runs its sewer.And a full day working in 100+ degrees to hook me to the sewer bypassing my old septicThey still have to put it all back together as far as the dirt goes but I’m not worried about that.

Johnny Garcia and his partner did a fantastic job of installing my new hot water heater at a great price. They bent over backwards to make me happy. I can't say enough good things about them. I have scheduled them to renovate my bathrooms and my daughter's washer connection.
