Clinton did a wonderful job, very professional. My dogs usually bark at anyone in the house, yet they didn't bark at all. Goes to show that animals can sense a good character. Which made it even easier for my parents to hire him for the job.

Sam and Dalton did a great job. Sam diagnosed problem with leaking pipe in yard and dropped in new line from water main to corner of house. Final cost matched estimated cost. Both professional and personable - highly recommend using this company.

I recently moved back into my home after renting it out and I had a busted pressure release valve that was preventing me from being able to have water at all. I called a few plumbers and their prices were astronomical. Then I called ambition plumbing and spoke to Fernando. His prices were extremely fair and reasonable and even though I couldn't pay for the repairs until Friday he came out the next day to help me because he didn't want my family to be without water. Needless to say Fernando will be my plumber for as long as I am in San Antonio.

5/7/2018I called Will's plumbing & Testing Service to install two faucets that I had purchased for an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. Marc came out with his helper to do the job. They said it would take about 45 minutes. After about two hours the helper came down and told me I had a whole in my sink. At that time Marc starting grabbing all of his stuff getting ready to leave. I ask him about the whole in my sink. He said it was already there. So I ask him why would I have a new faucet put on a sink with a hole in it? I had also used that sink before they got there...no hole. Marc and his helper were both up under the sink neither one of them said Hey Lady Why Do You Want A New Faucet Put On A Sink With A hole In It. Marc also told me that he took pictures. The Pictures were of everything, but not the hole that he said was already there. Then he started getting in my face and yelling at me that he did not put a hole in my sink. I was so up set with his yelling and lie's that when he went outside to put some of his stuff in the truck I took the rest of his stuff and put it outside my door and locked it. I then called his office and was talking to Sam the office manger to let her know what was going on. Then Marc the starting banging on my door saying I better pay him or he was going to call the cops. I had already given Sam my credit card #. Sam said she was sending the owner Will out. When Will came in he had a box with pieces of my sink in it and told me that some times when sinks are old they might break when pressure is put on them. I understand that, so in order to get my sink fixed I asked him to give me a price for a new sink and toilet. I was going to give him more work and wanted to believe that he was a honest and decent plumber. He's not...They ran my card for $500.27 and I never heard back from him about the hole in my sink. Also this is he run down of Will's Pluming:Will is the owner...Sam is his Daughter. And Marc is his Son-in-law. So if they screw up your plumbing they all stick together. 210 Plumber was AMAZING! They came to locate an underground leak and were relentless in digging until they found it. Both owners joined the master plumber and his partner, and we all worked together to locate this hard to find water main leak. Once it was found, they repaired it quickly and guided us to finish the task on our own to help save us some money. The owner, Russell even called later that evening to follow up and give further instructions over the phone to help us finish up and figure out another unrelated issue! They seemed genuinely concerned about our situation and were very knowledgeable in finding the solution. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I was initially a bit disappointed with this group but over time I have come to have a lot of appreciation for them. My story started when my Nest thermostat sent me a message that my heat was not coming on in the bedroom. This had been a continual problem since 2021. The tech that came out had to do so multiple times and we tried one fix that was rather expensive that didn't solve the problem. I was unhappy with how much this cost and they worked with me on that by refunding half of it to my credit card. I really appreciated that gesture and look forward to working with them again in the future as a result of this.

I had a plumbing emergency the day before Thanksgiving and didn't think I'd find anyone to come the same day, but Rob and John got to my house within a couple hours! The communication leading up to service by text and email was awesome and really helped my stress level. They did a great job, very friendly, neat and professional. The price was also extremely reasonable! Can't say enough good things! I will definitely use them again for future projects.
