I was very pleased with the installation of my ceiling fan. The installers were quick, quiet and efficient. In addition they gave instructions on the operation and the type of bulbs I would need. So good job!

Felt compelled to write a review for Mr. Electric in order to show appreciation and salute a job done correctly without a hassle. We had new installation of indoor breaker and outdoor main electrical system. We are up to code! Electrician Josh overwhelmed us with his professionalism. He was on time, did what he said he would, left his number in case we had any concerns and was just the kind of person you'd wish to welcome in your home. Nice to have a number in the book for a good electrical company, happy I found Mr. Electric and will always request Josh and his tech Mark.

From getting a estimate to getting the actual work completed, working with CityWide was so seamless and stress free. Isaac, Octavio, and Rodrigo were so knowledgeable and helped me understand the issues of my current system which allowed me decide on the repairs that would best fit my needs. They were on time, professional, and delivered quality work just as they described in the estimate. I really cannot recommend CityWide highly enough, I was so impressed with their whole operation from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend Firefly Electric Service. They did a great job installing my generator interlock kit, main breaker kit and home surge protection. I got an estimate from three different companies, and even though they weren't the cheapest, they were the most detail oriented, had the best communication, quality was superb, and they were accommodating. Spend a few more bucks, but sleep with confidence. Sal and Josh were super knowledgeable, took pride in there work, and walked us through the entire set-up/proper operation. You guys got yourself a lifetime customer, and I feel more than comfortable recommending the company to my closest friends.

Scheduled a service to have my outdoor shed powered up with electricity. Quick turn around time to schedule and complete job.Outstanding work by the employees to put forth an extra effort and do things right the first time. You will not find a better Electrical Contractor. Not only was Val informative and honest, the prices are far beyond compare. I had a few things done to my newly purchased home and spoke with Val to go over options and scheduling. He was able to have a team ready to work within a few days. Mike came out for the work and was awesome. The level of professionalism and honesty from this company was beyond my expectations.

From the start of the process to the end of the job the company was upfront on pricing and on-time. In fact, the job was done faster then originally anticipated. The crew that showed up was awesome. Calvar who quoted the job showed up the first day walked through confirming everything with myself and their lead installer, Mathew.Mathew and his team stayed onsite nonstop working in the heat. They showed up the second day and continued. They seemed excited and always had a smile (even working in the attic during this Texas heat wave).I cannot express how great full I am to the crew. They upgraded my service to 200 amp, upgraded my main panel, relocated a panel from my daughter’s closet and upgraded it. Then installed a 30 amp rv plug and a 60 amp heat-pump connector. They also installed surge protectors on both sides of the attic.

I needed a fan repair and could NOT get Hunter Fans to recommend a repair company ... so strange, I tried multiple times. Anyway, I called All Star Electric and immediately talked with a person (Brooke) who was extremely helpful with a convenient repair time and identifying the replacement part so it could be a one visit repair. A technician named Bob came out who could not have been more professional and a first rate trouble shooter. The price was fair and matched the quote given despite complications that had to do with Hunter Fans and out of the control of All Star Electric. I will use them again if I can get Bob ... ask for him!! Vr

Jesse Hunt, the work repairman was great. The only thing that I didn't like was the electronic bill. I don't go into my email system because I'm retired. I would prefer a paper bill.

Eric came to the rescue and got power restored to outlets that suffered an overload from a space heater. His professionalism and knowledge quickly resolved the issue. This is my 2nd service call and will be keeping his number for future needs.

Leo had great customer service and was extremely helpful. He was real knowledgeable and able to resolve our issue with no problem.

Brandon was extremely professional and repaired my outlets in no time, previous electrician failed to properly diagnose the problem but Brandon and his partner knew right away how to fix the outlet and charged me very reasonably compared to my other electrician's quote. Will use them for all my future electrical needs 100% 10/10
