The 'Great Freeze' of February 2021 took out a few pipes in our house. We sat without water for over 8 weeks with two other plumbing companies not able to figure out how to get it back on. We gave 1st Call a call one afternoon and they were out the next morning. David and Anthony fixed the issues and had the water on within a couple of hours. They were amazing!!With all of what we went through all three plumbing companies suggested that we re-pipe the entire house. David was so wonderful in explaining everything that he was doing and what he was seeing in our walls and attic that we asked if he and Anthony could come back and do this big job. We agreed on a price and the work to be completed and they were back out within a few days to re-pipe our entire house. Again, they were amazing! Always on time, went above and beyond with communication, took a ton of pictures so we could see what they were seeing and to help with insurance, worked oh so very hard and kept smiles on their faces the entire time. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing or hvac issue we ever have. They have won lifelong customers!

It was Sunday at 5pm and I had a plumbing emergency. A nail had worked itself through the hot water line inside the wall going to my washer. By 6:30Pm Richard showed up and was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative! He had me back up and running within 20 minutes. He was very pleasant. Thanks Richard and thanks Will’s AllPro Plumbing!!!

I am a disabled veteran and I know I was taken advantage of in this contract. I called Aramindia and they say the service expert plan is not part of them so they are deflecting blame Never do a service lease it's a scam. There is a early cancellation fee it's pay the entire contract if you ask to terminate early. What a scam 6000 plus for a water softener. Read your contracts 50.00 sounds great till you try to cancel. I cannot believe they got paid and are still trying to collect money thru a collection agency who is as rude as them. They over talked me and after I sent proof of payoff they hung up on me. Worst company for any veteran or disabled person to do business with.

I recently inherited a beautiful 1926 home in the Harlandale area, and I’ve made a cross-country move to live here. Given that the home has not been well-maintained over the past 10-15 years, it needs rehabilitation and renovation.I immediately clogged the tub after a shower, and I tried all the normal DIY ways to unclog. Not only that, pretty much all the sinks, toilets and tubs stopped draining. I connected with Goettl to meet with them and diagnose the problem.Ryan and David from Goettl arrived right on time for our appointment. I was surprised and grateful for their kindness and transparency.Turns out that my old house has all kinds of plumbing issues. Sticking out the most to me was that some of my pipes weren’t placed correctly to drain, and a main sewer line ran under my driveway. I didn’t have to rely on Ryan and David’s word, either. They showed me the problems using a camera in the pipes.Going in to this rehabilitation, of course I knew it would be expensive, but my cash budget has already been blown by a new roof, new electrical wiring, and a drywall and paint guy who absconded with my cash and did no work.When we got to discussing the price of the plumbing repair, I honestly felt like throwing on the towel. But, Ryan, with extreme patience and care, helped arranged financing and created a plumbing plan that would address all my issues. I felt like I was taking up too much of his time, that trying to get financed was a waste of time, but Ryan was positive it could work. Ryan and David spent almost a whole workday working, diagnosing, planning, coordinating and helping to finance my plumbing needs in an old house.Later the same day, Juan arrived and mapped out the new plumbing structure. He would lead the work team.Juan and the work team arrived the next morning, and the work is expected to be completed ahead of schedule. Juan had his team up and running quickly. Throughout the work, Ryan is easy to contact, and stays in touch.Martin, who led the work team, let me know how it was going, what they were working on, and when they would be back the next day.I would recommend Goettl to my loved ones in a heartbeat. This company came out to my home, told me that my AC Compressor was done for. I had a second opinion done, and all my AC needed was freon. Schmidt is unprofessional, lacks knowledge, and its very difficult to get someone to come out to your home. These people ripped me off, and have not come back out to fill my freon tank for my AC unit. They have not yet made this right. I'd choose another company, someone honest, and more experienced.
