As everyone knows, it’s always hard to trust a service from a person who knows a trade and client that knows nothing, well I was blessed to have a plumber come to my house that was completely transparent. He was curteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he did and was going to do before even initiating the job. This guy will go far as long as this company allows him to. Ask for him by name. His name is Marc Salcido. Also a fellow military veteran. I knew once we made that connection, I was able to drop my guard. Thank you Mr. Rooter for hiring him, and Thank you Marc??

Called after having talked to three other plumbers, told them we needed our whole house re-piped. Right away did not believe me. Came to do an estimate, gave us a $3k estimate for ALL pipe to be replaced. Came to do the work, finished in 3 hours and only replaced 5 feet of pipe instead of 35 feet. Still charged us $3000. Called afterwards and the master plumber admitted to STEALING at least $300 from us on parts. (The plumber who came out charged us for more than what the parts costed to make the quote even though they did less work.) very unsatisfied. This was in May, here we are in October having to redo our whole pipes again. We just want our money back and for others to beware. Please check your invoice and make sure they are charging right and doing the work they promised.

Words simply aren't enough for what an AMAZING job Michael, Sam, Travis, Johnnie & Rafael did.When water is leaking on you in your bed when you're sleeping, it's an EMERGENCY. And they treated it as that. Calling a 247 service line at 3:00 a.m. I wasn't sure what kind of service I could expect. They arrived within 15-20 minutes to evaluate the problem, cut my water off, helped me file my claim and then sent the plumbers out.Micheal guided me through the process.Sam and Travis were exceptional in moving my stuff and cleaning up the water damage.Johnni and Rafael were very thorough in letting me know what the problem was and how they planned to fix it. They also gave me some information on preventative care.They get 5 stars from me, and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

This was our first time using Primo Plumbing but definitely won’t be our last. Making the appointment with dispatch was easy. They called to confirm the business day before. The tech, Mitchell, was on time, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He found the leak (pool auto fill, again) and came up with a solid “bandaid” solution until we can get the pool company out for a repair. The final bill was a pleasant surprise and well worth it. All around, a very professional and efficient operation. I am a local Realtor and will start recommending Primo Plumbing to all of my clients. Thank you for a great experience!

This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.

I had a small leak behind my living room wall, the plumber went through the garage wall to repair because I didn’t want my living room wall removed. They were able to repair the leak from the garage with very little access. I admire their work ethic and ability to get the job done within my expectations!
