Best Whole House Water Filter System in Saint Petersburg FL

My old AC unit was on its final legs. I called several companies to come check it out but Midway was the only one that was able to come out that same day. They diagnosed the immediate problem and repaired it. Unfortunately several other issues which caused that immediate issue became apparent and it was determined that it would be better off replacing the entire unit. They gave me an excellent quote and even lent me two portable units as they couldn't get it replaced for two days.On the day of installation, they did a professional job on the installation and was very thorough in checking out the entire system to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend Midway Services.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

I had them replace the wax ring and reinstall a toilet, and it was done perfectly with every detail seen to.

Most professional…reasonably priced and fantastic response ….

The technician was very nice but very young, most likely with little experience. she spent a lot of time talking to another person on the phone who appeared trying to help her. This wasn't very comforting.She told us that the compressor was most likely going bad and they could offer two solutions. One: a temporary fix that would jump start our system and get it operational at the cost of $450. Two: totally replace the compressor at the cost of $2,600.With this expensive repair looming I decided to reach out to our contractor for someone he would refer. He had a guy with him that worked for the VA for over 30 years in AC repair.His guy showed up the next morning at 0800 and had the system running in 15-20 minutes.He said there was nothing wrong with the compressor and that it checked out. He found the issue was the circuit board as the fault showed this. So, he bypassed the circuit board and we were up and running with AC until he could get the new circuit board.Conclusion: They were dishonest trying to get us to do unneeded repairs that would have ended up costing us even more money in the long run.I will never use this company in the future. I will spread the gospel about the true nature of this company (Dishonest).
