We came home at 5pm to discover the water heater had ruptured. Fast of Florida was here by 7pm to contain the issue. We had a new water heater installed before noon the following day. He was patient with my concerns and questions and took the time to answer them so that I had all the information I would need to decide whether I will go further with the recommendation that would deal with the issue. Called Jerry who told me they could be out the next morning to diagnose and repair. Called him to follow up and he didn't know who I was. he then said I had to call a different company to detect for $250, THEN call him to repair. Bogus. I see one of the owners, Alex, puts his own review on here.

New kitchen. Due to install on Friday and double charge on weekend ,we opted to be without sink until Monday Install scheduled 12-3 P.M.. Calle for earlier Jeremy was here in 20 minutes. We have used this company previously. Always professional and reasonably priced.

The guy was insulting and down right rude. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
