Wow, Patrick is awesome! Thank you, everyday plumber for sending him to help with 2 issues. I am writing one review to cover 2 reviews actually. My first experience with Patrick was on 2/6 when he immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue which required moen to send parts. According to moen, he was spot on. On 2/14, Patrick came back as soon as I received the parts, installed them, made sure my water was on and dishwasher working. He even scoped out another issue I was having with my hot water tank and told me the issue. Patrick is amazing and I recommend everydayplumber for Patrick, response, and fair pricing.

Just moved from CT. to Florida and new to the neighborhood. Unfortunately I found myself in a new house in need of professional when my drains were clogged and had some piping issues. Called Dependable Plumbing and was happy with the service and the price. Showed up on time, was pleasant, explained the problems and fixed the issues. Will call again if I need a plumber for sure.

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza
